Your satisfaction is our success, so every item we sell comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you decide that your item is not going to work out, you have up to 14 days to return your purchase. We will set you up for an exchange if desired or a refund for the full purchase price.
Exchanges
To exchange your item for something else or different size, it is best to return your item for a full refund and place a new order through our website. That way you get your new item quickly and don't risk it selling out. As always, feel free to give us a call to set up your exchange or have any questions.
1. Log in to your account and select Returns Request;
2. Click on Orders;
3. Select the item(s) that you wish to return, the reason for return, required action and add any comments, then click Create;
5. Please DO NOT send anything back until you receive an email confirming that your return has been authorised, failure to do this may result in your returns being refused and sent back to sender;
6. Once authorised you will receive a returns number which must be clearly marked on the outer packaging of your return.
7. You should then send the item(s) back to us at the address provided by email when your return is authorised, by an appropriate shipping method and in suitable packaging. We will not be held responsible for any returned items lost or damaged during transit to us.
