Shipping Time
Payments received by 12:00pm PST on business days (M-F) will be shipped the same day. Payments received on weekends, holidays, or after 12:00pm PST will ship the following business day.
All orders above $100 require a signature at time of delivery. We are unable to remove this signature requirement for any shipment.
Return Policy
Returns
Your satisfaction is our success, so every item we sell comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you decide that your item is not going to work out, you have up to 14 days to return your purchase. We will set you up for an exchange if desired or a refund for the full purchase price.
Exchanges
To exchange your item for something else or different size, it is best to return your item for a full refund and place a new order through our website. That way you get your new item quickly and don't risk it selling out. As always, feel free to give us a call to set up your exchange or have any questions.
Important Qualifiers
All items must be returned in their original condition, including the manufacturer's packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories.
Packages must be returned within 14 days of the obtaining your RA number.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance, except in the event of www.cheeky-lingerie.com error. We strongly suggest obtaining a tracking number.
